BSNL and Pantel launch Penta T-Pad WS802C tablet for Rs. 14,699

Pantel Technologies has launched a new budget tablet in India. The device boasts of 3G capabilities and an 8-inch display.



Pantel has tied up with BSNL who will provide the 3G data plans for the Penta T-Pad WS802C tablet. The device comes pre-bundled with a 2GB 3G data plan valid for a period of 60 days.
In terms of the hardware specifications the Penta T-Pad WS802C tablet has an 8-inch display with a resolution of 800x552 pixels, Cortex A8 1GHz processor, with 512MB of RAM, 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card, 0.3MP front facing camera with a 2MP rear camera, Bluetooth 2.1 and HDMI out.
The tablet also comes preloaded with a bunch of free games and apps such as Angry Birds, Wow Fish, Facebook, Twitter, Talking Tom, Google Maps, Skype and an e-book reader.
The BSNL Penta T-Pad WS802C runs on Google’s Android OS ICS.
